Purchased gelvanised roof sheeting 0.3m 12/03/2012 . I later realised some rust spots on some of the sheeting so i emailed algoa steel on the 15/01/2013, got no response so i phoned on 18/01/2013 explained to Heidi what the problem was, she gave me Linda's email address so i could let her know what had happened as she was off that day, sent Linda an email on the 21/02/2013. Linda responded 04/02/2013 saying her system had been down and that they were busy upgrading there computer systems and she need to look for the invoice manually for me. 13/02/2013 i emailed to see what the progress was, 14/02/2013 she emailed me back saying she found the invoice and that she had spoken to Antonie with regards to this problem and he would be in touch with me. 11/03/2013 emailed her again to see whats up and told her i was dissappointed with there after sales service. 5/04/2013 emailed her again saying that Antonie has contacted me as yet. She responded saying she will remind him again, but that he has been busy these last few weeks. emailed 6/06/2013 asking when i could receive a call from Antonie, no repsonse as yet.
