My ADT Reference number OTTO0009
On the 28/12/12 I requested a cancellation from ADT.On the 07/01/13 I received a sms from ADT confirming my cancellation. On the 27/12/12 Crystal Puckree Of adt mailed the Contact Centre [Email Removed] for my full Refund of R930.86.I've been promised a waiting period of two weeks from the cancellation date, It's been almost four weeks and counting and I'm yet to receive any news regarding my refund from Adt. I've called in a number of times, and Cape Town call centre for adt transfers me to JHB and JHB says I have to speak to ADT in Cape Town. I went to adt in person, and no one could assist me accept for Ghamieda du toit who mailed me prove this morning that she contacted Harris Bernie regarding this matter at [Email Removed] lodged a previous complaint with "hellopeter", regarding this matter but it only got me as for as the cancellation and not my refund. I am utterly disgusted in the manner in which adt handled this whole matter. There were no correspondence between the customer and adt. Thank you for your assistance. I can't waste my time and money anymore on phonecalls that cutts off in my ear.
