Since May, I have left 6 messages for Ricky of the timeshare office and emailed her. She has not returned one call or responded to the email. In June, I finally made a booking with another clerk (Jacky) but have yet to receive confirmation. Now I am trying to cancel this 'booking' (11/07). I have yet to have confirmation from a 3rd clerk (Nicola) as to whether anything is cancelled, while Ricky has still not returned a call or emailed. If one phones the timeshare number, you reach Ricky's voice mail regardless of the time of the call. The switchboard always wants to put you through to Ricky. When I have called the switchboard, I ask for anyone OTHER than Ricky which is how I got Jacky and Nicola. I am very frustrated by such poor service over the past 2 and a half months
