I cancelled my account in January after taking out the contract for just a couple of weeks. I moved out of this property at the end of January 13 and havent lived there since.
They offered me a settlement which I took but then they never responded. Now they are debiting my account every month.
I called the customer call centre over 10 times and emailed them about 5 times and still not response.
I emailed Audrey Combrinck several times and still no response.
What is wrong with this company. They are useless at there service and useless customer service.
They should no longer operate as a security company as I will never risk my life with this company.
