Tracker installed, now nothing!!!

Bought a new car and was forced by insurance company to install a tracker unit. Dealt with Alistaire Bowes and a Netstar technician came and fitted the unit to my vehicle and asked me to test the unit 24 hours later. Called them to "test" the unit but they could not even find me on their system, never-mind tracking my vehicle!!!

Have tried on numerous occasions to have the tracker tested, but cannot get through on their call center number 011 207 5114, after holding up to 10 minutes at a time! Contacted Alistaire again whom simply re-refers me to their call center.

Also requested Alistaire on initial signup to send me an invoice so I could pay, but no action. Contacted him again yesterday to which he replied that their account dept will send me an invoice. After more than a month with Netstar, I still have no invoice, no proof that my tracker is working and according to their terms and conditions would not be tracked should my vehicle be because I haven't paid them.

PLEASE Netstar, I WANT to pay you, I WANT to have the service, I NEED an invoice! Get your stuff sorted!!! Without insurance companies forcing us to deal with you, you wont be in business!!!
