Please can someone phone me from your call center. The call center customer service is shocking. My Polo was on the 7th November. The Vehicle was recovered by Altec but the car was stripped and undrivable. I contacted the call center today to inform them my car has been written off by the insurance and I need the tracker removed, and installed in my new car once I get it. I was told by the call center I must get the tracker removed as I own the unit!!! I don't own the unit it is on contract from netstar for 32 months. Now the tracker is in the scrapped car and active. I get told its my problem.
Well Netstar you ether remove the tracker or I will not pay for your services. You cannot provide a service unless I have a tracker active and installed in my new car. I was promised someone will call me back to resolve. Guess what since there is no customer service at Altec Netstar I did not get a call back. If this is not resolved I will report this matter to the consumer board for investigation.
