On 20 December I requested my Cartrack to be removed from my old vehicle and be placed in my new vehicle. I received no response and called cartrack on 2 Jan to state the urgency that i ONLY have till 6 Jan as per my insurance to do this.
I was told someone was assigned the job and would get back to me. He did get back to me and told me that the dealership stated they will only be available on 6 Jan to remove the unit. He will also call me back on 6 Jan to arrange the re-installation. Today it is 7 Jan and there is no word from Cartrack and my vehicle is now uninsured. They even deducted the money off my account already for this move.
We will see what happens if it is as I will personall sue Cartrack!
I can't wait to get rid of Cartrack. Unfortunately I have a contract. They are the worst company I have dealt with and they have VERY RUDE employees working for them!
