I have bought a new vehicle recently but before I sold the old one I contacted Tracker call centre to find out what the process is to re-install the old unit in my new vehicle, they replied that I don't need to do anything, just that once I have my new vehicle, I should contact the call centre to arrange the new installation in my new vehicle. Upon doing that they informed me that they must install a new System in my new vehicle and that I must pay a cancelation fee of R1200.00 for the old unit or carry on paying it for the next year till the contract expires. I am also not sure how it happened but a different unit was installed in my new vehicle and I had to upgrade from that unit to the same type of unit (Skytrax) I had in my old vehicle.(Money again). Now that that is done, the unit is not responding. I have paid Thousands of rands already, I have 3 vehicle's (PRIVATE) fitted with Tracker and this is the type of service I get.
