I bought another vehicle and requested for my Netstar unit to be transferred from my previous vehicle to my new vehicle. I was contacted by Car Security and Sound Centre who is a fitment and supplier of the netstar units. I had to pay in full and mail proof of payment before they would send a technician too perform the job.
I did so immediately on the 3rd of December 2013 - since then my unit is still not activated on my vehicle and neither is my new vehicle details been changed on the Netstar system. I phoned Netstar today again to test my unit and were informed by an employee that they had problem changing from one system to another - So I'm asking why is that me the customers problem? My unit is not working, their admin is not up to standard - but when taking my money every month then all the systems are working just fine...
Now the supplier blames Netstar and Netstar is blaming the suppleir and I'm stuck in the middle. So be aware make sure your unit is working and test it every month.
