I bought a vehicle from Zeda car sales in July 2012, and had a Netstar tracker installed. The vehicle was returned/swopped for another vehicle, the Netstar was then transferred to the new vehicle. However, Netstar keeps picking up panics on the previous vehicle and calls my family at odd hours of the morning. I reported this to Netstar and was assured that it was taken of my name however we are still getting these calls, several calls and emails later this has still not been resolved; setting my famliy into a panic everytime there is a problem due to them thinking I have been hijacked. This needs to be resolved immediately or I will be forced to cancel my Netstar and move to Tracker or Matrix for my existing vehicle. I will give Netstar 2 days to respond failing which I will call in and cancel.
