Incomplete installation of Netstar Units

I bought another vehicle and requested for my Netstar unit to be transferred from my previous vehicle to my new vehicle. I was contacted by Car Security and Sound Centre who is a fitment and supplier of the netstar units. I had to pay in full and mail proof of payment before they would send a technician too perform the job.

I did so immediately on the 3rd of December 2013 - since then my unit is still not activated on my vehicle and neither is my new vehicle details been changed on the Netstar system. When trying to get the company to resolve my vehicle I was informed that they can only attend to this in the new year. I then were not contacted, but again had to phone them to get this resolved. I got the technician out to my premises again on the 8th January 2014 and were told the unit were not activated. I phoned Netstar today again to test my unit and were told again that they have not received the paper work from the supplier and that the unit still reflect my "old" vehicle information and they cannot update the info until they get the info from the supplier. In the meantime I'm paying for a unit that is not working but yet required by Insurance.
