Pathetic service experiencing with sleuthsupreme

I feel sorry for those who might be trapped to the so called self service and 24hours monitoring of vehicle through sleuth supreme product from Altech Netstar. I have this product since 2010 and unit have been changed once with a hope was a unit given me problem. I have on a numerous times ask netstar to advise me on email or sms if they have any problem, which is on thier attention but to my surprise, When they have technical problem, i don't even getting a notice on the self service when am logging in to monitor my car.

Netstar have proven beyond my reasonable doubt that, they are interested in money collection than offering service as per their marketing and since they know insurances demand this tracker things, they are more and more useless to use them.

Please find my highest fustration experience with netstar so far and they careless about customer service. When they have technical problems on their product, they dont even care to notify you, worse of all i have to wait for 13mins to get through to their customer service. I ended up dropping the phone as waiting was too long and my car is not updating since yesterday 8am. So pathetic at this high rate of car highjacking.
