EXTREMELEY BAD SERVICE

I had an Altech Netstar Syber Slueth Supreme with a panic button installed in my vehicle in Sep 2012. Upon checking the unit on 29 Nov 2013, I found the last time it was in operation was 21/06/2013. Never once during 21/06/2013 up to 29/11/2013 did I receive any notification from Netstar that the unit wasn't working. During this time, Altech Netstar happily debited my account for a service I didn't receive... I contacted them on the 29th and they sent out a mobile fitment unit do do a re-installation. Ever since the new unit was installed, I have been unable to track my vehicle on the website, apparently they have a delay in the contracts dep. with uploading new units-a delay for more than a week??? I have also been phoning Netstar about these issues and have now received 4 different reference numbers. The last person I spoke to was Traven Gopal on 10/12/2013. I need Netstar to refund me the money debited from my account between 21/06/2013 and 29/11/2013 as I had been paying for a service which I didn't recieve. I also need Netstar to sort out their problems on the software side as they are charging me for a services which I am not getting and are in direct contravention of the CPA
