On Wednesday 30 Jan Netstar failed a unit test again.
* Netstar promised it would be replaced on Thursday - nothing
* Netstar promised it would be replaced on Friday - nothing
* Finally replaced on Saturday... 4 days later and STILL not working
* 2 days to activate the replacement unit???!!!
* I have spend over two hours on my cell to Netstar over the last 7 days costing ME a fortune
* Failed promise after failed promise
* More than once the EMERGENCY NUMBER took over 6 minutes to answer!!!
* NO NONE NOTHING NUDDA in the line of unit monitoring or dial-home or anything proactive. If I had not checked no-one would have known that both units are faulty.
* I carry ALL THE RISK as if anything happens to my vehicle Netstar just says the vehicle can't be recovered even if it is due to their negligence and thats that - tough luck mister customer.
To say that the service received thus far is despicable and deplorable would making light of the stench that is Netstar.
