This is a warning to all consumers out there who have a Netstar product. Netstar does not work and if you dont believe me ask them to test your unit while you are driving. I have been paying this company for over 6 years and my tracking device has never worked. They say you must test your system every year but I have not done it every year. The problem is every time I have asked them to test the device they cannot pick up my car. In the past they have replaced 2 of my units and this morning I called to test my unit and they could not trace my car so now I have a tracking device that does not work but I am paying R154 per month. This will go to some customer service agent who does not care about your problems and the fat cats at Altech are too busy raking in the money you pay for the worthless tracking device.
