I had a vehicle that was recently, and had a altech netstar Sleuth fitted in, they could not recover the vehicle. I then switched to the supreme cyber sleuth unit, which I had installed on 25/07/13 on my new car, today I called the call centre (30/7/13) only to find out that this unit was not activated. What is wrong with Altech Netstar how can they install the system but not activate I am appalled at this, the guy at the call centre states that they having a problem with the signal for a while. I have lost all faith in Altech Netstar, they are utterly useless and not safe, what is the use of installing a system and not activating???
