My brother and I have ADT as our current security service provider, I recently found out that ADT have been charging me for his and my premiums monthly.

I tried calling them today 4 times to have this matter resolved however nobody can help me, apparently all management are in training and so is the people who can help with my account.

I was promised that some will call me back within 10mins its now 3 hours later nothing, no contact, all my calls end fruitlessly.

I have now resorted to have a stop order placed on the debit order and hopefully someone from ADT will contact me.

ADT this is the reason you loose valuable customers like me, I have now tendered my notice and will be seeking the services of another company. The reason for this is this incident and my previous experience of poor service around banking details not being changed.

To the rest of the potential and current ADT customers beware of this poor service I would think twice before using ADT.

My next steps is to have this complaint logged with SASA.
