On the 7th of Feb I had a Sleuth device installed in my car. I did a test with the contro center and they said that they can not see my car. I change the device on the 14th Feb with another unit. I did four test with Netstar. When i contacted the control room they could not see my car. On Saturday the 23rd Feb I drove to another area they still could not see my car. I did 200km and netstar was still battling to pick me up. When I phoned the test center on mon? ay the 25th they said they got my car on a report in vereeniging. Why did they tell me they can not see my car. I am extremely unhappy with this device. it does not work. When i asked netstar to iniatlially install the sleuth plus, they said i don't need that device i must take the sleuth. Bad advice. I called the customer care centre and spoke to Florence to have my device changed to a sleuth plus. I left messages and emails for her to call me and yet I am still waiting. Bad after sales service. I have been with netstar for six years and now I see they don't worry about their clients. Please contact me on 0164575875
