Paid for something that never worked

Netstar installed a tracker in my car, but never got it to work. I phoned them several times to test the unit & to fix it, eventually I gave them 20 day notice to fix the unit and with less than a week remaining they tried to fix it, with no luck.
So I was left with two options either pay a monthly fee or a once off lump sum, for something that isn't working.
So with Altech Netstar even if the unit isn't working you will still need to pay them, so move on to someone better.
