Debit whatever they feel like with no prewarning

My debit order this month was R230.85 more than it is supposed to be. When contacting customer service I was told this was an annual fee. Rubbish I only joined on the 19th July and paid it then. Not only did they increase the amount they took they didn't even bother to pre warn me even though they have all my contact numbers and email address. This is. Phoning customer service doesn't help as they say they will refer it to accounts and now over a week later I have had zero response. How do you charge an annual fee twice in 4 months anyway? I want my money back within 48 hours or I will cancel my contract. Absolutely pathetic service. You are in breach of contract so sort this out now. What right do you have to debit whatever you want from my account with no communication to me at all? Phone calls don't work, emails don't work lets hope Hello Peter works
