This is my 3rd report on hello peter! yet still no response from Chubb! what pathetic and disgusting customer service! stop wasting peoples time with automated responses! i want my money back for radio fees which i paid when i joined! i am not the only customer complaining about the same issue! this was disclosed when signing a contract with you

"I joined Chubb Security in May-July period. When I signed I was told about an annual radio fee payable every year. This was paid with my first instalment in July. Now in October I am charged again for an annual radio fee (this fee would go towards 2014).
Chubb has charged me a full fee from May/July until October - no Pro-rata- apparently this is how it works!
I think this is ridiculous and a rip off, if a person joins in September, they would then be paying a full annual fee for one month! And the feedback from chubb accounts department is "this is how chubb works, we don't pro-rata" it's amazing though, as they pro-rata fees should you choose to cancel your contract with them."
