Contract cancellation

Last week i went in to the chubb website and wrote that i would like to cancel my contract as i unhappy with the service i was paying for. To this date i didnt get feedback up until I called their offices on Monday the 30.09.2013 and was told to write an email to Warren Furtuin. I did that and he sponded by saying that someone will contact me. The someone contacted me yesterday saying that she will first need to go over my contract and will send me an email 02.10.2013. I told her that they should not debit my account for the service that im not getting, the lady said they will debit as i have signed a contract. I found out that they debited my account for R581 which is October subscription plus annual communication fee for next year. How can i pay for a service that i do no get? What's worse is that on the contract I did not authorise a debit order. I clearly stated that I will pay via EFT.
