Still no luck in sorting out my endless issues with PF. My monthly gym fee is R241, and my annual levy R241. But this month alone they have taken three debit orders of R834 from my bank account. I went into the branch yesterday to query the irregular debit orders, showed my contract, and they agreed the amounts were incorrect! But when they tried to call head office to sort it out even they couldn't get through. My branch tried to contact Lizette Van Loggerenberg, but she wasn't even at work! I've sent her, and customer services, about 30 emails. Read receipts indicate they've been read, but they continue to ignore me. I fail to understand how they managed, consistently, to take debit orders from my Bank Account without authorisation.
No-one has contacted me regarding my report - despite what the automated response to all their hello peter complaints says. Customer Service doesn't answer the phone, doesn't respond to mails, and does not offer any service to customers. I'm trying to resolve the issue but they are not meeting me half way. I am going to the NCCSA.
Be warned: entering into a contract with Planet Fitness will be the end of you. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!
