Very bad service

My contract came to an end last year November 2011. My debit orders stopped and I heard nothing for 2 months. Suddenly I started getting debit orders off my account again, in which I tried to call them. No number was available. After surfing the internet, I eventually got hold of them which I explained to them that I wanted a cancellation. Bernice assured me that once I send an email, the contract would be cancelled. I then sent an email on the 10th of April. Since then, debit orders still continue. Absolutely NOTHING was done. I went into the gym last Sunday to try and sort out the matter, but the owner refused to come down stairs to see me. Again, I was informed to send another email, in which I just did, but the emails now return to me saying unknow recipient. I spoke to Jaun Joubert and told him to tell them to phone me, but also no response. What does it take to CANCEL a contract? No cell numbers work and no emails work. You can't even cancel when you go in to see them. This is very unprofessional and my opinion, money from customers!
