I joined Chubb Security in May-July period. When I signed I was told about an annual radio fee payable every year. This was paid with my first instalment in July. Now in October I am charged again for an annual radio fee (this fee would go towards 2014).
Chubb has charged me a full fee from May/July until October - no Pro-rata- apparently this is how it works!
I think this is ridiculous and a rip off, if a person joins in September, they would then be paying a full annual fee for one month! And the feedback from chubb accounts department is "this is how chubb works, we don't pro-rata" it's amazing though, as they pro-rata fees should you choose to cancel your contract with them.
Needless to say they also offer pathetic service, I have called 3 times spoke to Ronata, who always need to check information and get back to me and has yet to get back to me. Today I spoke to another lady who is requesting my contract. Not impress and definitely not a happy customer! I want my money back!
