My account nr is: 550067921. I phoned TopTv in July 2013 to cancel my contract. My contract could not be cancelled because i phoned near the middle of the month. I said to them that i want to cancel my contract and that the debit order should be cancelled as well. A man from customer services phoned me to tell me to go to my bank to cancel the debit order. I went to my bank but unfortunately my bank would not cancel the debit order without a letter from TopTV. TopTV could not give me a letter and said i must wait for the debit order to go off on the 1st of August 2013 and then phone them to refund me the money. I am still waiting now for more than a month to get my refund after i phoned them about 3 or 4 times already. The lady i spoke to said that the accounts department will contact me to get my banking details to refund me the money. It is only an amount of R269.00 but i feel that i cant wait any longer for them to refund me.
