I have just received communication from Flexi club that a further R1985.10 will be taken from my account after they deducted the same amount last month and the month before, claiming its for annual fees. If this third deduction happens it will bring the total for annual fees to R5955.30. I only joined in June 2012 & my contract reflects annual fees of R1 526.67. Even if your board could increase fees is it possible to increase 3fold? this complaint comes after Flexi Club promised to get back to me three weeks ago. Still no answer. I want to cancel contract!
