6 Months of continued BAD service

On 14 Jul '12 we signed our Flexiclub contract (Doc. No 212920) with Jeremy & Alvin at the Palace - Durban. We were told we need to pay 2013 Annual fees of R4 617.00 (page 8 Doc. No 212920) before the end 2012. Next fees would be for 2014 payable END of 2013. We received a statement on 31 Dec'12: Total Amount Payable: 0.00. After a unlawful debit order without any consent or prior notice (R2065, 47 for annual fees 2013 that was already paid), various correspondence we finally reached the point where our annual fees that were wrongfully allocated as holiday savings were corrected. 8 Feb'13 Annelize confirmed: "The debit order was loaded by Flexi Club in errror as your annual fees for 2013 was paid by the 3 month debit order which was in place for October, November and December 2012." 12 Feb'13 we received an email from Margaret Francis (Manager - Maximum Delivery) stating: "We have done the corrections to your account and once the manual journals are passed, you will receive an updated Account Statement reflecting all is well." 28 Feb'13 Annelize emails: "after the amendments were made we owed an amount of R969.87 on our annual fees" PATHETIC SERVICE.
