30 Day notice of contract cancellation was sent to ADT on 25 February 2013 and an acknowlegement of receipt was received. Needless to say, like so many other similar ADT customer complaints, my contract was only cancelled 4 months later or so I hope, waiting in anticipation to see whether another debit order will be taken from my account. This has resulted in a refund due to myself, which in my opinion should be a seemingly easy task to perform, allas still awaiting the refund after 4 months and numerous phone calls. The response from ADT to other Hello Peter complaints seems to be a standard automated response, so I am not really expecting my complaint to fall on human ears. I am merely attempting to relay my experience to other individuals that are currently in the market seeking security / armed response services.
