Notice given to ADT to terminate "armed response / monitoring service" on 01/10/2013. Due to contract only expiring on 31/10/2014. Quoted a early termination fee of R1811.75 WHICH included the Oct.2013 premium.
My account was then debited with the cancellation fee of R1811.75 AND the Oct.2013 premium of R464.55.
Now battling to get a refund of R464.55. Emails sent to Ms Ingrid Roby
