I took out a contract with ADT in 2009 and sent an email to them in October 2012 requesting that my contract be cancelled. I purchased the equipment myself and the premium I was paying was for Armed Response. My contract has still not been cancelled - I have stopped the debit order with my bank and every month I receive an SMS from ADT advising that my debit order has been unpaid. I speak to the call centre and explain to them that I have cancelled my contract - I have sent another email - I received a read receipt confirming that someone read the email but I still have no joy. Who must I speak to or contact in order to get this problem resolved?
