Poor response during armed

My wife was the victim of an armed on Monday 22nd April. Although contracted to ADT for their armed response service the response vehicle only arrived some 40 mins after the police and another security company operating in the area. Despite numerous phone calls and emails to both their head office and local office I have not even had the courtesy of an acknowledgement of my attempts to contact them. I have requested in writing for my contract to be cancelled and after two weeks have still had no response.
