I cancelled the security contract with ADT Security in writing and I gave due notice. I sent the notice of cancellation per fax and e-mail. They deducted money from my Bank Account despite the cancellation. I wrote them an e-mail on the 2nd May 2013 complaining about this and they did not even border to acknowledge receipt or to respond to my e-mail. This is so unprofessional. I want them to refund the money they deducted after the contract cancellation.
