I removed my alarm system when I moved, in 4 months time Chubb didn't even respond or query about it. I feel I pay them every month for security and they don't even notice that my alarm is disconnected. Upon trying to cancel my contract they revuse to. I still needed to pay my monthly instalment with no service!!! It is ridiculous paying for something that is not working and it is concerning the safety of me and my family - something they are supposed to be experts in!!! 1
