I am highly disappoint in the service I receive from Chubb this morning, firstly someone broke into our back house this morning and the guy was still in the yard
I woke up and switched the alarm off after about half an hour the alarm went off and Chubb called and I felt the need for them to come and look and see if they can't see anything coz why would the alarm go off, when I disarmed it? Two guys from Chubb came out and ask my brother what happened and ask my brother why he didn't catch them and if it wasn't a tokolosi and this is toekies what type of questions are that? And then they left without checking nothing and not saying anything. I know we live in toekomsrus in a crime area but that's why we paying a security company to secure our safely, I didn't accept them to catch the guy but at least check.
And another thing we have an alarm system which only working when someone open the doors so if someone entered the house through the windows we have noticed to late and then what's the use of Chubb? Coz this is the first time that we put that we put an alarm system in at home so they should have advised of this these work, I could have noticed this too late and it would
