My mom has recently installed an alarm system using Chubb they send a subcontractor I believe from CPI security, we have been having issues with this alarm it goes on without any warning and mind you the alarm is not on, so we call the technician and tell him the problem he tells us he will call in an hour and he doesn't, we call chubb and tell them the problem and they say its not their problem but we pay for their service without any fail, we pay to be protected by CHUBB but we don't feel safe with this faulty alarm, this technician has got the nerve to say he has big clients, I want to know is that how Chubb and its contractors treat the "little people" just because we don't bring in the same revenue as all big shots? I am completely disgusted by this... I urge people to think twice before using chubb they can't manage their system and manage their contractors
