Bad service continues with no end in sight

Good day, in October 2012 Mr G Richardson passed away. I contacted ADT in November, to request that a death waiver be placed on the account. Since October, this matter is still pending, and has not been resolved. How much more time must I waste trying to get this sorted? I sent Estelle a certified copy of my father's death certificate as requested. I was advised 2 days ago that due to the house being sold, the Death Waiver could not be passed. My father died in October 2012. The house was sold in June 2013. Please advise when this matter will be settled and the account closed. Thanks.
