I had to contact Chubb again to get any feedback. No one contacted me on the previous complaint. I was told a technician would attend on Thursday 27/06/2013, and again on 28/06/2013. I phoned again on Monday 01/07/2013 and was told again that a Technician would attend that same day. Still no technician and still no feedback.
Every evening when I get home I have no recourse but to let the alarm go off as I have no working remote. I then get a call from the monitoring team and every time I tell them that I have a faulty remote and that it is a false alarm. This evening after I told them it was a false alarm they even sent out armed response to my house. I will probably be charged for all of this
Here is a resolution for this problem which I want implemented tomorrow
Seeing as the Rustenburg branch personnel and management is complete incompetent I require a technician from the Pretoria office to bring me a new 2 button remote and to program it on my alarm system.
I need this done tomorrow 04/07/2013 after 17:00.
Someone from Chubb Pretoria office need to contact me tomorrow 04/07/2013.
