I have reported that the subcontractor used by Chubb is useless, incompetent & unprofessional, even after this the alarm is not working. After multiple times of Roc Security 'fixing' the alarm, not showing up or showing up late, Chubb still haven't sent out someone to fix the alarm permanently. The technician finally showed up at 19:35. This is 2 HOURS and 35 minutes late. I do have video footage as evidence of this, if it is required (10 Dec 2013). The alarm went off on Sunday 12 Jan 2014, we didn't receive a call from Chubb. When I queried this, Pricilla confirmed that there is no signal. AGAIN! We have requested a written apology from Toni of Roc Security, no response. We have requested disciplinary action against Roc Security, nothing has been done. We are extremely disgusted with the service we received and that Chubb associates themselves with companies like this. What is the point in having a security system that NEVER works??
