When I bout my house just over two years ago, I had Chubb put in an alarm system. I had to take out a 2 year contract to get the alarm system. Down the line I got blue security for my office, the service from blue security was not only better but more competitive as well. I tried to switch to blue security and Chubb reminded me that I had a contract with them until end of October. Fair enough, I stuck it out with every intention to change at that point. Before I could do anything about it Chubb debited my account with another annual radio service fee. I asked them to refund my money as I wish to cancel, I was told I couldn't ad the contract had a 3 month cancellation Clause. Why did no one tell me this when I initially wanted to cancel so I could put my notice in? Chubb, you pigs I don't want to do business with you so why force me too?? I don't trust you, with my account and I don't trust you with my security, come take your transmitter and get lost
