We had a security system installed by Sovereign Security on behalf of Chubb 11 months ago. Since then our alarm has gone off several times and the neighbours contact us to let us know the alarm went off. Chubb has not responded once unless we called them. Our gate motor was a month ago, the power tripped and Chubb did not contact us at all.
We tried to get out of the contract but was unable to because we signed a 36 month contract unless we paid R1750 and have the alarm system removed.
i do not advise anyone to use Chubb because the service is bad and they do not respond at all. After several complaints we have had no feed back.
