Chubb had a promotion going on in our area in November. We had the alarm installed in December and went away with the knowledge that our home would be protected. The promotion had no installation costs and a free month without payment. not even a month later and I am sad to say that our alarm system is not working. Yesterday I got home only to find that our alarm had been going off the entire day (said our new neighbour). Chubb did not even respond.
you have breached your contract in that our home has not been secure since the alarm was installed. so much for armed response as well.
I want this contract cancelled with immediate effect and the system removed. I will not be another statistic paying for poor service delivery and will not accept any bills for the poor installation as well.
Please remove your system from my house.
