My name is Mahase & i stay in Roodepoort (Groblerspark) & i have an alarm system at my house since April, the problem is ever since the alarm was installed, its been a problem as there was never a signal reached at Chubb's control room despite being charged monthly for a service that is not there. i mean when you take something & pay for it, obviously you are paying for a service & its supposed to be working but not with Chubb because i have raised this issue with them on several occassion & they promised me a Technician will come around to check the problem & after numerous calls to Chubb to advise that no Technician ever came then finally on Tuesday 30th July, a Technician finally came & he was shocked when investigating & he found that Chubb installed an old item at my house, he said it was already used somewhere so thats why the control room could not pick out a signal from my house whenever the alarm went on.
so this thing is unprofessional from Chubb, to installed an already used system at my alarm then keep charging me a monthly bill for that, its pathetic to say the least so i just thought i have my say.
