My alarm has not been working for 2 weeks now. After trying to get Chubb contract installers to come repair the came on 19-09-2013 on broke the alarm further. It went from giving of false alarms to also not sending signals to Chubb even the panic button does not work.
I have been constantly trying call Mystical Ice and Chubb to resolve this with no joy. This is really getting frustrating as I am not getting the service that I am paying for. I am even considering requesting they take back their alarm and cancel my contract and going with another company. Can this issue be urgently escalated and resolved!!
