WORST SERVICE EVER

This is the worst experience ever. Had an appointment to install the goods ordered and paid for in full. The appointment was made for the 5th June 2013. Received a call on the 5th that the installer's vehicle broke down by Lebogang Masela and he promised that the goods will be installed first thing on the 6th of June 2013. I then received an sms with the installers name and number Emile. I contacted him on the 5th to arrange the appointment for the 6th. He confirmed that he will pic up the goods on between 7am-8am aon the 6th and that he will contact me at 8am to inform me at what time he will be at my place. I waited at my place on the 6th untill 9am and called the installer to enquire why I have not heard anything. Emile indcated that the truck was late and that he can't call all of the 4 customers to explain. He then indicated that I will only be his 4th stop. I followed up with Lebogang who had not constructive feedback. A promise was made for 12h, no pitched. Then a promised was made for 2pm, again Emile was late. Emile then only did part of the installation because he did not have everything to complete the installation. Jaques Kruger also did not come back to me. BEWARE!
