Got a quote from Dawie at maxidor and I asked if he can organise installation the next day, he sent me an emailing confirming installation can be organised for the next day but that I need to pay the full amount and send him proof of payment. I made an immediate interbank transfer, sent him proof of payment and he confirmed that he will speak to the workshop and someone will call me back to arrange an appointment for tomorrow, after almost 7 hours later I called him back as no one had contacted me, he said he will follow up, almost 2 hours later I still did not get any feedback and I tried calling him, no answer, I called the call center and they advised the workshop is now closed if no one contacted me then there will be no appointment made. Dawie did not follow up or let me know what happened, he seems to be more interested in making the sale not bothered wether they can do the delivery or not.
