On 18 December I made a full payment to Maxidor yet today, 29 December no installation has been made to my apartment.
I had a break-in and was provided with a Case Number. Maxidor agreed to do an installation within 24 hours. I have been working around Maxidor's schedule even for getting a date for them to come and do a quotation. The same thing is happening with getting an installation. I have called the call centre more than 6 times yet the person responsible for making bookings (Rowan) has the audacity to ask me for my contact details. Guy who does installations communicates with me via sms and postponed installation 3 times. Today his phone is completely off yet he said he would install everything this morning. The installer tells me he is contracted to Maxidor and he is actually supposed to be on holiday and is doing Maxidor a favour.
APPALLING SERVICE.
