I cancelled my contract with ADT in October 2012 which end September I forwarded a letter giving a month notice for cancelation. From November up to January 2013, ADT kept on sending me statements. Everytime when I phone ADT, I'm being asked to hold being sent from pillar to post without any help. Thorne Anthea decided to avoid my calls. Till now it still reflecting that I'm still owing ADT due to the billing on Jan 2013 and its affecting my Credit Profile. At some stage I would hold for 45min - hour without any help. I have sent numerous correspondences and have decided to handover the matter to my attorneys due to unprofessional, terrible service.
I do not recommend anyone to do business with this company. I regret that I entererd into an agreement with this company.
