I signed a contract with Chubb to take over my ADT contract during March at the Home Expo. I was informed and guaranteed that it would be ok to cancel my ADT contract as Chubb would be fulfilling their obligations from April, latest May.
To date, I have had nobody contact me or let me know the situation.
I have also cancelled my ADT services, and now have none.
You will hear from my lawyers Chubb as this is far from acceptable.
