I ordered more than two weeks ago blinds from The Blind Spot, paid in full (what a mistake!) and was promised that it will be delivered and installed today. This morning they even phoned to confirm the appointment. Late afternoon I had to phone to enquire when the blinds will be delivered and installed, only to hear that the shop where the blinds are kept was closed and that they had actually forgotten about our appointment - but, that they will do "... first thing tomorrow or on Monday morning." I explained that we have already prepared the windows for the installation and that I am actually leaving early tomorrow morning (Saturday morning) on a pre-arranged appointment and that I will only be back on Sunday evening. They "asked" me to phone when I will be ready so that we can make another appointment - fact of the matter is that I was waiting the whole day for them and they were not ready. I can unfortunately not recommend the services of this company to anyone on the West rand interested in installing blinds. Prof CM Fourie
